POLICE on both sides of the Fermanagh/Monaghan border are investigating incidents in which handbags were stolen from women at the weekend.
Stainless Steel SetA group of young women were sitting on steps leading from Mount Lourdes School to Forthill Park in Enniskillen when three men approached and grabbed handbags from two of them at around 11pm on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Lisnaskea police are investigating an incident in which two men jumped out of a car on Saturday night and snatched a handbag from a teenager walking along Mourlough Road.
